Poor recruitment or an inappropriate promotion is costly for all. We can help you ensure you get the right people through our Assessment Centre service.
 
Assessment Centres are a focused series of written and verbal exercises designed to allow the candidates the best opportunity to show the skills and behaviours required within the job in question. This allows you to make more secure decisions in recruitment and promotion cases. 
 
We have extensive experience in both the design of Centres and assessment on them. You can be reassured that our design will give the candidates the fairest opportunity to demonstrate their skills. We ensure that the assessment, whether by ourselves or by your staff is complete, objective and data-based.
 
Centres can range from a couple of exercises taking one or two hours to a full two-day event containing in the region of twelve exercises. The nature and duration will depend on the role being selected for and any other selection methods being used.
